Husky hikes,

an extraordinary experience for the entire family!

In the summer season we offer guided husky hikes.

On Branäsberget:

(Attention: for activities on Branäsberget we charge an additional fee of SEK 250:- per activity)

. ”Trappers Track” is suitable for families with small children as well as for people with disabilities.

Duration: 2 - 2.5 hours, the actual hiking time is adaptable en can be adjusted to participants capabilities.

Prices in SEK: (excl. surcharge) 150:- per child up to 10 years, 250:- people over 10 years of age. Family discount: for 2 adults and 2 children 100:-

Minimum price for this activity: 600:- (excl. surcharge)

. ”Lazy Lupus” is suitable for everyone over 7 years who likes to walk.

Duration: 3 - 3,5 hours, of which about 2 hours walking and a half hour lunchbreak (bring your own food and drink)

Prices in SEK: (excl. surcharge) 250:- per child up to 10 years, 350:- people over 10 years of age. Family discount: for 2 adults and 2 children 100:-

Minimum price for this activity: 800:-  (excl. surcharge)

On our huskyfarm in Gravol:

. ”Skorpa” is suitable for everone over 7.

Duration: 2 - 2.5 hours, of which about 1 hour walking.

Prices in SEK: 150:- per child up to 10 years, 250:- people over 10 years of age. Family discount: for 2 adults and 2 children 50:-

Minimum price for this activity: 600:-

. ”Balto” is suitable for everyone over 7 who likes to walk.

Duration: 3 - 3.5 hours, of which about 2 hours walking.

General information:

All activities include detailed information on polar dogs and dogsledding.  Of course there is enough time to snuggle with our supercuddly huskies.

We provide a snack and something to drink.

Sleddogs like to pull. This means that children under 13 often share a husky with another participant. Exceptions are sometimes made, but the decision lies with the guide.

How to find us:

Branas: Branäsberget about 2.5 km from the skirental / infocenter / Soltorget. Take the road in the direction of Sysslebäck. You pass the entrances to Vargen stugby, Björnen stugby and Orren

/Aspen. At that point check your tripmeter (do not turn in there, stay on the same road). Continue for 1.6 km and turn left at the T-crossing. Continue on this forestroad for 400m. Keep a maximum speed of 20 kmh, there may be loose dogs running about!

Adress: Gravol 70, 68051 Stöllet. Turn of the main road at the entrance to Björkebo Camping, after about 50 meters park your car in the grass at the right.  Please stay with your car, we will come and collect you.
